1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Youth Pastor Co (“YPCO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at youthpastor.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access content on YPCO you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts are for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others or distributing downloaded content outside your ministry context is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

YPCO offers the following membership tiers:

• Series — $579/year or $59/month. Annual members receive unlimited sermon series downloads. Monthly members may download up to 2 sermon series per billing cycle.
• Coaching — $1,147/year or $99/month. Includes monthly live coaching calls, video/audio playback, editable session notes, and community access. Coaching plans do not include sermon series downloads.
• All Access — $1,397/year or $139/month. Includes everything in Series and Coaching at a bundled discount. Annual members receive unlimited downloads. Monthly members may download up to 3 sermon series per billing cycle.

All monthly plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. You will be billed monthly for at least three consecutive months before you are eligible to cancel. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Annual plans are billed once per year. You may cancel an annual plan at any time; your access will continue through the end of your paid period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. YPCO does not store your credit card information.

4. Free Content

Every new account receives access to one free sermon series (“Young Saints”). No credit card is required. Free content is subject to availability and may be changed at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

• Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or renewal, provided no sermon series have been downloaded during the current billing period.
• Monthly plans: 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month only, provided no sermon series have been downloaded. After the first month, the 3-month minimum commitment applies and is non-refundable.
• Coaching: Same refund windows as above apply. Refund eligibility is void once any coaching content (video, audio, or session notes) has been accessed.

6. Content Ownership & License

All sermon series, graphics, videos, outlines, and other content on YPCO are the intellectual property of Youth Pastor Co. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded content within your church or ministry context.

You may:

• Edit sermon outlines to fit your teaching style
• Use graphics and videos in your church services and social media
• Print and distribute small group materials to your students

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any YPCO content
• Share downloaded files with other churches or ministries
• Upload YPCO content to other platforms for public download
• Claim YPCO content as your own original work for commercial purposes

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use downloaded content remains valid for content obtained during your active subscription, but you will lose access to the platform and any future downloads.

9. Limitation of Liability

YPCO provides content “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of YPCO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
